Happy Turkey Day!

Thanksgiving was filled with lots of gooble gooble and family time. My lovely sister, Casy, hosted it this year. She made a scrumptious array of appetizers, which we munched on while we played board games (Dixit and Azul – two of my favorite games).

Then we all gathered around the table to, ready to stuff our faces.

So much delicious food! Turkey, acorn squash, brussels sprouts with bacon, golden beet salad, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and coconut rolls.

Grandma got the royal treatment, my dad is so sweet cutting up her food.

Lilly loved the turkey, she shoved so much in it kept trying to come back out. πŸ˜‚

After dinner we squeeze our stuffed bodies on the couch for a picture.

Ok… pretend to be normal:

So much fun. We even remembered to get a twinsie picture! Hard to tell us apart, right?! πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

Then it was bonfire and pie time!

Such a fun and tasty thanksgiving. I am so thankful for my wonderful family, those that I got to spend time with (I got a second dose of family fun at the Duncan’s), and those that may be far, but always in my heart. I am very thankful for everyone in my life.Β  πŸ’•
